1. - Do you have a showroom?
www.plumbaseindustrial.co.uk is able to offer highly competitive prices by being an internet based retailer only. By not having showrooms we reduce the running costs of the business and pass the savings onto our customers.
2. - Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately it is not possible for customers to collect their orders. We achieve great efficiencies through automating the processes throughout the business which delivers great value for money and great customer service. This does however mean that it is not possible to collect your order from our warehouse.
3. - Do you offer a price matching service?
Our purchasing team is continually working to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to offer a price matching service. We pride ourselves on offering great value, competitive prices and an excellent service which we do not want to compromise in order to offer price matching.
4. - What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered and where you live. We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed. We do show up to date stock information for each product on our website. Once you have placed an order you will be kept fully updated on the progress of your order and will be provided with a tracking link which will allow you to see the most up to date information about where your order is.

6. - How much is delivery?
Delivery costs will vary depending on what you order and where you would like them delivered to. The standard cost for a small parcel to a UK mainland address is £4.97, the standard cost for a bulky item to a UK mainland address is £34.97. 7. - Do you have a telephone number I can call you on?
We now only offer support via e-mail. The costs of providing telephone ordering and support are so much higher then using the internet, we had the choice of either increasing all our prices or taking advantage of the technology and keeping our running costs down. We did a survey of over 1000 of our customers and the vast majority felt quite capable of using email and the internet and said they would prefer us to keep the prices down. If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. 13. - Can you send me a brochure?
Because our range of products and prices are constantly being updated, it proved impractical to offer a printed brochure as it would be out of date as soon as it is printed. You can see our up to date product range on our website, each of our products has a photograph and description on the website.
14. - How do I cancel an order?
You will need to e-mail us on email@example.com . You will need to include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive a cancellation number to confirm that your order has been cancelled. If you do not have a cancellation number then the order has not been cancelled.
